Inclusive Practice is a space for everyone's body and needs. Each class offers a loose structure with focus on mind-body connections that improve balance, mobility and strength. We'll include meditation and breath practices to support mental and emotional health, and physical movements with plenty of modifications and props to support your body in optimal alignment and joyful movement. We want you to get exactly what you need from your time in the studio and will offer options to move fast if you want to move fast, slow if you like slow, and in anything in between.
These classes are taught by the recent graduates of the Sola School Yoga Teacher Training.
